Jaguar Land Rover Court Date Set Over Death of Father of Two

Jaguar Land Rover face Liverpool Magistrates' Court on 3 July. They face charges of safety failure, resulting in the death of 49-year-old Graham Begley.

The father of two, from Halewood, was found crushed between two heavy pieces of machinery on the Speke Boulevard site on the 26 September 2011.

The Health and Safety Executive are undertaking prosecution of the car manufacturer for failure to ensure the safety of employees and for neglecting to assess the risks their employees faced.
