Today is World Town Planning Day (WTPD), which also marks the first year anniversary of the launch of Cedrec Planning.
The RTPI is promoting throughout the day on Twitter using the hashtag #WTPD2016.
The annual global conference is also being broastcast live on twitter and you can access it via @WTPDonlineConf. Some of the topics covered in the conference include housing, sustainable development, healthy communities and economic development. Local responses to climate change, planning reform in Ireland, developing flood-prone areas and urban resilience will also be discussed.
