HSENI launch new online service

The Health and Safety Executive for Northern Ireland (HSENI) has launched a new online service which allows you to lodge complaints about unsafe or unhealthy work activities.

Such complaints may be concerns, originating from outside the HSENI, in relation to a work activity established by someone (e.g. an employer, building contractor, etc.) that either:

• has caused or has the potential to cause significant harm to individuals;
• denies basic employee welfare facilities; or
• appears to constitute a significant breach of law.

Any information that you give will be treated in confidence.
