Men's Health Week

Men's Health Week 2024 is running from 10 to 16 June. This annual event aims to raise awareness about the health challenges faced by men and promote strategies for better physical and mental well-being.

Sadly, on the whole, men don't talk. So Men's Mental Health Week wants to change that and encourage men to share their stories.

It hopes to encourage men of all ages to prioritise their health and well-being, seek preventative healthcare and get involved with conversations about important health issues.

The Men's Health Forum has fantastic resources to enable you to get involved this week (and beyond). They offer a range of 'Man Manuals' designed to give advice and make men's health easy.

Men's health goes beyond ensuring physical health, and mental health and well-being plays an important role in Men's Health Week too.

There are many organisations who have great training and resources to utilise in honour of Men's Health Week. Charity Mates in Mind is supporting Men's Health Week and offering a webinar and other resources to help supporters start a conversation about men's health. So make sure you get involved.
