Planning and Development Regulations SI 600/2001

These Regulations were made on 19 December 2001 and apply to Ireland only.
They have limited environmental and safety relevance, but do contain provisions relating to:
- exempted developments due to licences granted by the Environmental Protection Agency;
- environmental impact assessment;
- notice to the Health and Safety Authority (HSA);
- Natura impact statements (NIS).
