Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations SI 2009/1348

These Regulations came into force on 1 July 2009 and apply to England, Scotland and Wales.
They regulate the:
- carrying of dangerous goods by road and rail and, to a limited extent, by inland waterway;
- use of transportable pressure equipment.
These Regulations revoke and replace the Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations SI 2007/1573.
They also implement:
- Directive 2008/68/EC, on the inland transport of dangerous goods;
- Directive 2010/35/EU, on transportable pressure equipment;
- Directive 2013/59/Euratom, on basic safety standards for protection...
