Safety, Health and Welfare At Work Act 1989 (Repeals) Order SI 103/1990

This Order came into operation on 1 May 1990 and applies to Ireland only.
It repeals the provisions on inquests in case of death by accident set out in the Dangerous Substances Act 1972, as these are provided for in the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 1989.
