The Regulations establish rules in relation to energy labelling of products to ensure consumers are provided with accurate comparable information relating to the amount of energy and other resources a product consumers during use.

• responsibilities of dealers;
• false or misleading labels;
• information requirements;
• warning measures;
• compliance directions, including:
  • effect,
  • appeals,
  • application to appropriate court for failure to comply with direction, and
  • service of;
