Safety, Health and Welfare (Offshore Installations) (Operations) Regulations SI 16/1991
These Regulations came into operation on 1 May 1991 and apply to Ireland only.
These Regulations prescribe operational measures to be taken for the protection of the safety, health and welfare of persons on specified offshore installations concerned with the exploration for, or exploitation of, minerals in waters to which the Safety, Health and Welfare (Offshore Installations) Act 1987 applies.
