Arsenic, Cadmium, Mercury, Nickel and Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons In Ambient Air Regulations SI 58/2009

The Regulations deal with the levels of arsenic, cadmium, mercury, nickel and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in ambient air.
They set out the following for arsenic, cadmium, nickel and benzo(a)pyrene in ambient air:
The Environmental Protection Agency must:
- assess and review ambient air quality with regard to arsenic, cadmium, mercury, nickel and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons throughout the territory of the State;
