Planning (Listed Buildings) (Certificates of Lawfulness of Proposed Works) Regulations SI 2014/552
These Regulations came into force on 6 April 2014 and apply to England only.
They are made in accordance with the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and they set the procedure to be followed when applying for a certificate of lawfulness of proposed works in relation to listed buildings.
