These Regulations came into force on 30 April 2012 and apply to Wales only.

They revoke and replace the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations SI 1990/1519 in Wales and set out provisions as regards the procedures connected to applying for listed building and conservation area consent.
