Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations SI 2012/767

These Regulations came into force on 6 April 2012 and apply to England only.
They consolidate the Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations SI 2004/2204 and set the procedures:
- that must be followed by local planning authorities when preparing local plans and supplementary planning documents;
- under which a local plan is to be prepared where the Secretary of State intervenes.
