Town and Country Planning (Inquiries Procedure) Rules SI 1974/419
These Rules came into force on 1 April 1974 and apply to Wales only.
They were in force to set the procedure to be followed at local inquiries and hearings held in connection with certain applications referred to, or appeals to, the Secretary of State. However, they were largely revoked by the Town and Country Planning (Inquiries Procedure) Rules SI 1988/944 in relation to all inquiries except in relation to the control of advertisements.
