The Rules set out the procedure that must be followed when inquiries are held in relation to certain appeals.
The appeals in question are against:
- enforcement notices;
- the refusal or the failure to make a decision on an application for a certificate of lawful use or development;
- the refusal or failure to give a decision on an application for a certificate of lawfulness of proposed works to listed buildings; and
- listed building enforcement notices.
