Marine Licensing (Civil Sanctions) Order (Northern Ireland) SR 2011/81
This Order came into force on 6 April 2011 and applies to Northern Ireland.
It is made under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 and provides the Department of the Environment for Northern Ireland (DoE NI), as the appropriate enforcement authority, with a power to impose civil sanctions on those who have breached the conditions of a marine licence, have committed information offences or have not complied with a remediation notice.
