Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations (Northern Ireland) SR 2001/348

These Regulations came into force on 1 December 2001 and apply to Northern Ireland only.
They require employers to make assessments of fire risks and provide sufficient and appropriate fire precautions. In doing so they implement the following Directives, in so far as they relate to fire precautions:
