Health and Safety (Consultation with Employees) Regulations SI 1996/1513
These Regulations came into force on 1 October 1996 and apply to England, Scotland and Wales.
They require employers to consult with employees on health and safety matters and they apply to employees who are not provided for under the Safety Representatives and Safety Committees Regulations SI 1977/500. They implement
