Directive 2007/59/EC (OJ:L315/51/2007) on the certification of train drivers operating locomotives and trains on the railway system in the Community
This Directive aims to continue the reform of the railway sector by establishing a harmonised certification system for locomotive and train drivers on the Community's railway system.
It sets out the tasks to which the competent authorities, train drivers and other stakeholders, notably railway undertakings and infrastructure managers, are responsible.
