These Regulations came fully into force on 1 January 1995 and apply to Northern Ireland only.

They make provision for the marketing, supervision and transfer of explosives and implement Directive 93/15/EEC, on the marketing and supervision of explosives for civil uses.

Definitions

In the context of these Regulations:

"Competent authority" means the:
