These Regulations came into force on 11 March 1996 and apply to Northern Ireland only.
They contain health and safety requirements in relation to borehole operations carried on at borehole sites.
They implement Directive 92/91/EEC, on the health and safety protection of workers in the mineral-extracting through drilling industries.
