These Regulations came into force on 24 September 2011 and mainly apply to England, Scotland and Wales.

However, the provision which designates the Secretary of State as the co-ordinating national authority also applies to Northern Ireland.

They revoke and replace the:

• Plant Protection Products (Scotland) Regulations SSI 2005/331; and
• Plant Protection
