Simple Pressure Vessels (Safety) Regulations SI 1991/2749

These Regulations came into force on 31 December 1991 and apply to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
They require simple pressure vessels to be safe and to be certified as being safe before they are supplied and implement Directive 2009/105/EC, relating to simple pressure vessels.
