This Decision establishes a common safety method to be used by the European Railway Agency, for calculating and assessing the achievements of common safety targets (CSTs), which are established under Directive 2004/49/EC, on safety on the Community's railways.
Scope
This Decision applies to the whole railway system within each Member State.
