Radioactive Material (Road Transport) Act 1991 Chapter 27

The aim of the Act is to ensure the safe transport of radioactive material. It does this by giving the Secretary of State power to make regulations in Great Britain regarding the transport of radioactive material. Similar orders may be made in Northern Ireland.
