Marine Licensing (Consultees) (Scotland) Order SSI 2011/79

This Order came into force on 6 April 2011 and applies to Scotland only.
It states that the Scottish Ministers must consult specified people, with regard to each application for a marine licence under the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010.
