Special Waste Regulations SI 1996/972
These Regulations have been revoked by the:
- Hazardous Waste (England and Wales) Regulations SI 2005/894, in England;
- Hazardous Waste (Wales) Regulations SI 2005/1806, in Wales.
These Regulations came into force on 1 September 1996 and now apply to Scotland only.
